DESCRIPTION
High silver brazing alloys can provide perfect performance with low melting point, extensive flow properties and creating strong, ductile, rust-resistant joints of excellent conductivity. Suitable for joining all non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals except Aluminum and Magnesium. Flux is needed for brazing except for in protective atmosphere or vacuum brazing . The addition of Zinc/Tin can help as temperature depressant and reduce cost of filler metal. Nickel can improve the heat-resisting, rust-resisting and wetting properties of the alloy.
